  • Birthplace of the 101 Ranch Wild West Show, and one of the early focal points of the oil rush in northeastern Oklahoma.
  • After the Miller family’s bankruptcy, the ranch's land was subdivided by the federal Farm Security Administration in the 1940s, and since then almost all of its buildings have been demolished or destroyed by fires.
  • The site is a National Historic Landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places.
